Most tile prices in Singapore are set by the showroom you walked into, not the slab itself.

What does the 0% interest installment actually cover?＋
0% interest on your material and installation cost, spread up to 12 months, with no processing fee added. Installment terms require a 50% deposit up front (this applies to more than half of our material range) — your consultant will confirm the exact deposit and monthly figure, in writing, before you sign anything.
What's the difference between the online discount and the showroom offer?＋
The up to 30% opening discount applies to any enquiry submitted through this page. Visiting our Vertex Building showroom in person, while allocation lasts, unlocks a deeper owner discount — up to 75% off select lines — for the first 150 confirmed showroom buyers this quarter. Ask your consultant for current availability when you visit.
Is there a minimum order size?＋
No minimum psf to get a quote or visit the showroom. Bulk and whole-unit orders (BTO, resale, commercial fit-outs) unlock better per-psf pricing and priority scheduling.
How do trade rebates work for designers and agents?＋
Interior designers, architects, engineers, property agents and furniture suppliers get 10–30% off standard pricing, applied once your professional details are verified. Mention your trade when you enquire so it's applied from your first quote.
What's included in delivery and installation?＋
Delivery to your building's loading area is free on every order. Installation is a separate line item from $16/psf, covering laying, leveling and basic site prep — your consultant will scope any extras (like sub-floor repair) before work starts.
Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?＋
Walk-ins are welcome daily, 9am–6pm (except public holidays), at 33 Ubi Avenue 3, Vertex Building Tower B, #02-54. Booking ahead means a consultant has samples in your shortlisted materials pulled before you arrive.
Can I get physical samples before committing?＋
Yes — the showroom holds physical cuts of every material line so you can check veining, tone and finish under your own lighting before ordering full slabs.
